A lying, sinning forelock.

His statement: نَاصِيَةٍ كَاذِبَةٍ خَاطِئَةٍ ("a lying, sinful forelock"). He placed nāṣiya (the forelock) in the genitive, as an appositive to the first nāṣiya by way of repetition, and he described the forelock as lying and sinful, while the meaning pertains to its owner.
