And at the earth - how it is spread out?

His statement: وَإِلَى الأرْضِ كَيْفَ سُطِحَتْ ("and at the earth, how it is spread out"). He says: and at the earth, how it has been levelled flat. One says: "a levelled mountain" (jabal musaṭṭaḥ), when there is a flatness at its top.
And in agreement with what we have said concerning this, the exegetes (ahl al-taʾwīl) have spoken.

He says: Is the One who created this not able to create in the Garden (janna) whatever He wills?
