He who fears [Allah] will be reminded.

His word: سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَنْ يَخْشَى ("He who fears will take heed of it"). He — exalted be His praise — says: he will take heed, O Muḥammad, when you admonish those whom I have commanded you to admonish — he who fears Allah and dreads His punishment.
