So Today those who believed are laughing at the disbelievers,

The explanation of the saying of the Exalted: فَالْيَوْمَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ يَضْحَكُونَ ("So on that Day those who believed will laugh at the disbelievers") (83:34).
The Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: (فَالْيَوْمَ — "So on that Day"), and that is the Day of Resurrection, (الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا — "those who believed") in Allah in the worldly life, (مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ — "at the disbelievers", kāfir) therein, (يَضْحَكُونَ — "laugh").
