Which is witnessed by those brought near [to Allah].

And His words: إِنَّ الأبْرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيمٍ ("Verily, the righteous will be in bliss") (83:22). The Exalted, whose remembrance is exalted, says: verily, the righteous (al-abrār) — those who were upright in fearing Allah and fulfilling His obligations — are in an everlasting bliss that will not pass away on the Day of Resurrection, and that is their bliss in the gardens of Paradise (janna).
