No! Indeed, the record of the righteous is in 'illiyyun.

His statement: وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا عِلِّيُّونَ ("And what would make you know what ʿIlliyyūn is?"). He, exalted is His mention, says to His Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ, while filling him with wonder concerning ʿIlliyyūn: and what has made you aware, O Muḥammad, of what ʿIlliyyūn is.
