As provision for you and your grazing livestock.

The explanation of His — exalted is His mention — word: مَتَاعًا لَكُمْ وَلأَنْعَامِكُمْ ("As provision for you and for your cattle") (33).
Allah — exalted is His mention — means by His word: ( مَتَاعًا لَكُمْ وَلأنْعَامِكُمْ ) ("As provision for you and for your cattle") that He created these things and brought forth from the earth its water and its pasture as a beneficial provision for us and as an enjoyment until an appointed time.
