Are you a more difficult creation or is the heaven? Allah constructed it.

His saying: أَأَنْتُمْ أَشَدُّ خَلْقًا أَمِ السَّمَاءُ بَنَاهَا (Are you harder to create or the heaven which He built?). He, exalted is His mention, says to the deniers of the resurrection among the Quraysh, those who say: أَئِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا نَخِرَةً * قَالُوا تِلْكَ إِذًا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةٌ (When we are decayed bones? — They said: that would then be a losing return): Are you, O people, harder to create, or the heaven which your Lord has built? For He who built the heaven and raised it up as a roof, your creation is easy for Him, and the creation of your likes, and your bringing back to life after your death; and your creation after your death is not harder than the creation of the heaven. And by His saying: بَنَاهَا (He built it) He meant: He raised it up and made it a roof for the earth.
