Indeed, if You leave them, they will mislead Your servants and not beget except [every] wicked one and [confirmed] disbeliever.

Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda, concerning His statement: My Lord, leave not upon the earth a single dweller from among the disbelievers — by Allah, he did not call against them until the revelation came to him from heaven: dat niemand van jouw volk zal geloven behalve wie reeds geloofd heeft. Only then did the prophet of Allah, Nūḥ, call against them and say: My Lord, leave not upon the earth a single dweller from among the disbelievers (truly, if You leave them, they will lead Your servants astray and will bring forth only a wicked one, an obstinate unbeliever). Then he directed to Him a general supplication and said.
