But the ones who disbelieved and denied Our verses - those are the companions of the Fire, abiding eternally therein; and wretched is the destination.

He, exalted be His mention, says: and those who denied the Oneness of Allah and declared His proofs, His arguments, and the signs of His Book — which He sent down upon His servant Muḥammad ﷺ — to be lies — أُولَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ ("they are the inhabitants of the Fire; therein they will abide eternally"). He says: abiding therein forever; they do not die therein, nor do they come out of it. وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ ("and evil is the destination"). He says: and evil is that to which one is led: Hell (jahannam).
