Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?

Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda, concerning His word: أَأَنْتُمْ أَنْزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ ("Did you send it down from the clouds?"): that is, from the cloud (al-saḥāb).
Yūnus related to me, saying: Ibn Wahb informed us, saying: Ibn Zayd said concerning His word: أَأَنْتُمْ أَنْزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ ("Did you send it down from the clouds?"), he said: al-muzn is the name of the cloud; "you sent it down from the muzn," he said: the cloud.
Muḥammad ibn Saʿd related to me, saying: my father related to me, saying: my uncle related to me, saying: my father related to me, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ibn ʿAbbās, concerning His word: أَنْزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ ("you sent it down from the clouds"), he said: al-muzn is the heaven and the cloud.
