The statement concerning the explanation of His saying, the Exalted: كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ("Eat and drink with relish, on account of what you used to do") (52:19)
The Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: eat and drink. It is said to these God-fearing ones in the gardens: eat, O people, of what your Lord has given you, and drink of their drink with pleasure; you fear from what you eat and drink therein neither harm nor injurious consequence, on account of what you used to perform of deeds for Allah in the worldly life.
