"This is the Fire which you used to deny.

And His word: هَذِهِ النَّارُ الَّتِي كُنْتُمْ بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ ("This is the Fire which you used to deny"). The Exalted, whose praise is mentioned, says: it is said to them: this is the Fire (al-nār) which you used to deny in the worldly life, denying that you would enter it and undergo it, or that your Lord would punish you with it. He omitted the mention of "it is said to them," contenting Himself with the indication that the word order gives to that.
