Indeed, the Day of Judgement is the appointed time for them all -

The explanation of the saying of the Exalted: إِنَّ يَوْمَ الْفَصْلِ مِيقَاتُهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ("Indeed, the Day of Decision is the appointed time for them all") (40).
He — exalted is His mention — says: indeed, the day on which Allah passes judgment between His creatures on the basis of the good or evil they performed in their worldly life — whereby He recompenses the doer of good with goodness and the doer of evil with evil — ( ميقاتهم أجمعين ) ("is the appointed time for them all"). He says: it is the appointed time for the gathering of them all.
As Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda, concerning His saying ( إِنَّ يَوْمَ الْفَصْلِ مِيقَاتُهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ): the day on which a decision is made between the people according to their deeds.
