So adhere to that which is revealed to you. Indeed, you are on a straight path.

The statement concerning the exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: فَاسْتَمْسِكْ بِالَّذِي أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ إِنَّكَ عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ (43) (So hold fast to that which has been revealed to you; indeed, you are upon a straight path) (43).
The Exalted, whose mention is exalted, says to His Prophet Muḥammad — may Allah bless him and grant him peace —: So hold fast, O Muḥammad, to that which this Qurʾān enjoins upon you, which your Lord has revealed to you, إِنَّكَ عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ (indeed, you are upon a straight path) and upon a rightly-guided way; and that is the religion of Allah which He has enjoined, and that is Islam.
As Bishr related to us, he said: Yazīd related to us, he said: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda, concerning his saying: فَاسْتَمْسِكْ بِالَّذِي أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ إِنَّكَ عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ (So hold fast to that which has been revealed to you; indeed, you are upon a straight path): that is to say, Islam.
Muḥammad related to us, he said: Aḥmad related to us, he said: Asbāṭ related to us, on the authority of al-Suddī: فَاسْتَمْسِكْ بِالَّذِي أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ إِنَّكَ عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ (So hold fast to that which has been revealed to you; indeed, you are upon a straight path).
