And His statement: كَذَلِكَ يُوحِي إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ ("Thus does Allah, the Almighty, the All-Wise, reveal to you and to those who were before you") — the Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: thus does Allah reveal to you, O Muḥammad, and to those who were before you among His prophets. And it has been said: indeed, "Ḥā Mīm ʿAyn Sīn" was revealed to every prophet who was sent, just as it was revealed to our Prophet — Allah's blessing and peace be upon him. Therefore it is said: كَذَلِكَ يُوحِي إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ ("Thus does Allah, the Almighty, reveal to you and to those who were before you") — the Almighty in His vengeance upon His enemies — الْحَكِيمُ ("the All-Wise") — in His governance of the disposal over His creatures.
