Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver."

And His statement الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ (the Almighty, the Most Forgiving) means: the Almighty in His vengeance upon the people who are disbelievers in Him, who ascribe to Him another god alongside Him; the Most Forgiving toward the sins of whoever among them and among others repents of his disbelief and his disobedience, and who returns to belief in Him and obedience to Him by adhering to His command and His prohibition.
