So indeed they, that Day, will be sharing in the punishment.

Concerning fa-innahum yawmaʾidhin fī al-ʿadhābi mushtarikūna ("for indeed, on that Day they will share in the punishment"): He says: indeed, the people who disbelieved in Allah, and their spouses, and what they worshipped besides Allah, and those of the jinn who seduced the people—they will all share together on the Day of Resurrection in the punishment (ʿadhāb) in the Fire (al-nār), just as they shared in this world in the disobedience to Allah.
Yūnus related to me, saying: Ibn Wahb informed us, saying: Ibn Zayd said concerning His statement fa-innahum yawmaʾidhin fī al-ʿadhābi mushtarikūna: he said: they and the devils (shayāṭīn).
