And we led you to deviation; indeed, we were deviators."

His statement فَأَغْوَيْنَاكُمْ إِنَّا كُنَّا غَاوِينَ ("So we led you astray; indeed, we ourselves were astray"): He says: we led you away from the path of Allah and from faith in Him, for we ourselves were astray. This too is an account from Allah of what the jinn and mankind say. Allah has said [this].
