Indeed, that is how We deal with the criminals.

( إِنَّا كذلكَ نَفْعَلُ بالمُجْرِمِينَ ) ("Indeed, thus do We deal with the criminals"): He, exalted is His mention, says: indeed, thus do We deal with those who in this world preferred disobedience to Allah over obedience to Him, and disbelief in Him over belief. We make them taste the painful punishment, and We bring them together with their companions in the Fire (al-nār).
