Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing."

Allah says to His prophet Muḥammad ﷺ ( qul ) "Say" to this polytheist who says to you: "who brings the bones to life when they have decayed?" ( yuḥyīhā lladhī anshaʾahā awwala marra ) "He who brought them into being the first time will bring them to life" — He says: the One who will bring them to life is He who called their creation into existence the first time when they were nothing. ( wa-huwa bi-kulli khalqin ʿalīm ) "and He is All-Knowing of every creation" — He says: and He, with regard to His entire creation, is the possessor of knowledge: how He causes to die, how He brings to life, how He begins and how He repeats; nothing of the affair of His creation remains hidden from Him.
