And follow that which is revealed to you from your Lord. Indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted.

وَاتَّبِعْ ما يُوحَى إلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ ("And follow what is revealed to you from your Lord"). He says: and act according to what Allah sends down to you of His revelation and the verses of His Book. إنَّ اللَّهَ كانَ بما تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا ("Indeed, Allah is ever All-Aware of what you do"). He says: indeed, Allah is, concerning what you and your companions do with this Qurʾān, and concerning the rest of your affairs and the affairs of His servants, All-Aware (khabīr) — that is to say: possessor of knowledge; nothing of that remains hidden from Him, and He will recompense you for it with the recompense that He has promised you.
And in accordance with what we have said in the explanation of His saying وَاتَّبِعْ ما يُوحَى إلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ ("And follow what is revealed to you from your Lord"), the scholars of interpretation have spoken.

Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda: وَاتَّبِعْ ما يُوحَى إلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ ("And follow what is revealed to you from your Lord"), that is to say: this Qurʾān. إنَّ اللَّهَ كانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبيرًا ("Indeed, Allah is ever All-Aware of what you do").
