The explanation of the saying of the Exalted: وَيَوْمَ يُنَادِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُ أَيْنَ شُرَكَائِيَ الَّذِينَ كُنْتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ ("And on the Day when He will call to them and say: Where are My associates whom you used to claim?") (28:62).
The Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: And on the Day when the Lord of majesty calls to those who in the worldly life ascribed associates and idols to Him, and He says to them: أَيْنَ شُرَكَائِيَ الَّذِينَ كُنْتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ ("Where are My associates whom you used to claim?"), that is to say: those whom you used to claim were My associates in the worldly life.
