And indeed, it is guidance and mercy for the believers.

Allah the Exalted says: indeed, this Qurʾān is a guidance — that is to say: an exposition from Allah, by which He has made clear the truth in the matters concerning which His creatures differed regarding their religion. وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ — "and a mercy for the believers" — that is to say: a mercy for whoever sincerely believes in it and acts according to what it contains.
