And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -

Allah the Exalted says: and remember, O Muḥammad, when your Lord called Mūsā ibn ʿImrān أَنِ ائْتِ الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ — that is to say: the unbelievers, the people of Pharaoh. And the second "the people" is in the accusative as a closer specification (badal) of the first.
