And We charge no soul except [with that within] its capacity, and with Us is a record which speaks with truth; and they will not be wronged.

Allah, exalted be His remembrance, says: We do not burden any soul with more than it can bear and with what is suitable for it in worship; for that reason We have burdened it with what We have imposed upon it — the knowledge of the oneness of Allah — and We have established for it the laws that We have established.
وَلَدَيْنَا كِتَابٌ يَنْطِقُ بِالْحَقِّ (And with Us is a Book that speaks the truth): with Us is a register of the deeds of creation, of the good and the evil that they have done, which speaks the truth. وَهُمْ لا يُظْلَمُونَ (and they will not be wronged): it makes known in a truthful manner what they did in the worldly life, without increase or decrease, and We shall requite all of them their recompense — the doer of good for his good deed and the doer of evil for his evil deed. وَهُمْ لا يُظْلَمُونَ (and they will not be wronged): that is to say, they will not be wronged by having added to the sins of the doer of evil what he did not commit, so that he would be punished for an offense he did not perpetrate, nor by having taken away from the doer of good any of the good he performed, so that his reward would be diminished.
