And indeed, Hell is the promised place for them all.

The Exalted — blessed be His remembrance — says to Iblīs: وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمَوْعِدُهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ("And indeed, Hell (jahannam) is the promised meeting place for them all") — that is, for all those who follow you.
