And at the sky - how it is raised?

His statement: وَإِلَى السَّمَاءِ كَيْفَ رُفِعَتْ ("And at the heaven, how it is raised up?"). He, exalted is His praise, says: do they not also look at the heaven, how He has raised it up — He who has informed you that He has prepared for His protected ones what He has described, and for His enemies what He has mentioned — so that they may know that His power is the power that cannot be prevented from doing anything He wishes to do?
