The explanation of His statement, the Exalted: إِنْ هُوَ إِلا ذِكْرٌ لِلْعَالَمِينَ ("It is nothing but a reminder for the worlds") (81:27).
Allah, whose mention is exalted, says: ( إنْ ) ("it") — this refers to this Qurʾān, and His word ( هُوَ ) ("it") belongs to the mention of the Qurʾān — ( إِلا ذِكْرٌ لِلْعَالَمِينَ ) ("is nothing but a reminder for the worlds"), by which He says: nothing but a remembrance and an admonition for the worlds, of the jinn and mankind.
