The Day when man will remember that for which he strove,

And His statement: يَوْمَ يَتَذَكَّرُ الإنْسَانُ مَا سَعَى ("The Day when man will remember that for which he strove") (79:35). He says: when the overwhelming calamity comes — the Day when man remembers the good and evil he performed in the worldly life; and that is his striving (saʿy).
