Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda: fa-lā ṣaddaqa wa-lā ṣallā ("he neither believed nor prayed"): he did not believe in the Book of Allah, and he did not perform the ritual prayer (ṣalāh) for the sake of Allah.
