Then whoever wills will remember it.

And His word: fa-man shāʾa dhakarahu ("So whoever wills may remember it"). He, exalted is His mention, says: whoever among the servants of Allah whom Allah has admonished by means of this Qurʾān wills, remembers it, takes a lesson from it, and applies what is in it of Allah's command and prohibition.
