So I swear by what you see

The statement concerning the explanation of His word, the Exalted: فَلا أُقْسِمُ بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَ ("But no, I swear by what you see")
He, exalted be His mention, says: No, the matter is not as you say, O company of those who deny the Book of Allah and His messengers. I swear by all the things you see of it, and that which you do not see.
And in accordance with what we have said about this, the people of interpretation (ahl al-taʾwīl) have spoken.
