And conceal your speech or publicize it; indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.

The explanation of the words of the Exalted: وَأَسِرُّوا قَوْلَكُمْ أَوِ اجْهَرُوا بِهِ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ (13) ("Keep your word concealed or speak it openly: truly, He is All-Knowing of what is hidden in the hearts (13)").
