Tafseer of The Prohibition · At-Tahrim · 66:2

قَدْ فَرَضَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ أَيْمَٰنِكُمْ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ

Allah has already ordained for you [Muslims] the dissolution of your oaths. And Allah is your protector, and He is the Knowing, the Wise.

    The Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: Allah, mighty and exalted is He, has expounded to you the expiation of your oaths and delineated it for you, O people. وَٱللَّهُ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ (And Allah is your Protector), He aids you with His help, O believers. وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ (And He is the All-Knowing) concerning your affairs, ٱلْحَكِيمُ (the All-Wise) in His governance of you and in the manner in which He disposes over you in that of which He knows more.

    يقول تعالى ذكره: قد بين الله عزّ وجلّ لكم تحلة أيمانكم، وحدّها لكم أيها الناس (وَاللَّهُ مَوْلاكُمْ ) يتولاكم بنصره أيها المؤمنون (وَهُوَ الْعَلِيمُ ) بمصالحكم (الْحَكِيمُ ) في تدبيره إياكم، وصرفكم فيما هو أعلم به.
