وَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ

But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray,

    His word: وَأَمَّا إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ الضَّالِّينَ * فَنُزُلٌ مِنْ حَمِيمٍ ("But if he is among the deniers, the astray, then there is a reception of boiling water") (56:92-93). The Exalted says: But if the dead one is among those who denied the signs of Allah, who deviated from His path, then there is for him a reception of boiling water that has been brought to such a boil that its heat has reached the utmost; that is his drink.

    وقوله: ( وَأَمَّا إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ الضَّالِّينَ * فَنـزلٌ مِنْ حَمِيمٍ ) يقول تعالى: وأما إن كان الميت من المكذّبين بآيات الله، الجائرين عن سبيله، فله نـزل من حميم قد أغلي حتى انتهى حرّه، فهو شرابه.
