They will know tomorrow who is the insolent liar.

And His statement Zij zullen morgen weten wie de aartsleugenaar, de verwatene is (54:26) — the Exalted, whose mention is exalted, says: Allah said to them: Tomorrow, on the Day of Resurrection, you will know who among you is the inveterate liar, the conceited one, O community of Thamūd, and who Our messenger Ṣāliḥ is, when you are brought back to your Lord. This interpretation is the interpretation of the one who reads it as Jullie zullen weten (sata'lamūn) with the tāʾ, and that is the reading of most of the people of Kūfa, except for ʿĀṣim and al-Kisāʾī.
As for the interpretation thereof according to the reading of the one who reads it with the yāʾ — and that is the reading of most of the reciters of the people of Medina and Basra, as well as ʿĀṣim and al-Kisāʾī — then Allah said Zij zullen morgen weten wie de aartsleugenaar, de verwatene is (54:26), and He omitted from the expression the mention of "Allah said," because the indication of the expression concerning that was sufficient.
And the correct view concerning that, in our opinion, is that they are two well-known readings; scholars among the reciters have read each of the two, so with whichever of the two the reciter reads, he does what is correct, on account of the closeness of the meanings of both and their correctness in inflection (iʿrāb) and interpretation.
