( وَلَهُ الْكِبْرِيَاءُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ ) — "And to Him belongs the grandeur in the heavens and the earth." He says: To Him belong majesty and dominion in the heavens and the earth, to the exclusion of all other gods and alleged associates. ( وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ ) — "and He is the Almighty" — in His vengeance upon His enemies, the Overpowerer of all that is beneath Him, while nothing can overpower Him. ( الْحَكِيمُ ) — "the All-Wise" — in His governance over His creation and His directing of them toward what He wills and as He wills. And Allah knows best.
