As mercy from your Lord. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

He said: The same applies to His statement raḥmatan min rabbika ("as a mercy from your Lord"). He said: It is permissible to place raḥmah (mercy) in the accusative case because the word "those sent forth" (mursilīn) governs it, with the mercy then being ascribed to the Prophet ﷺ.
And His statement innā kunnā mursilīn ("Indeed, We have always been sending forth") — the Exalted, praised be His mention, says: Indeed, We have always been sending forth Our Messenger Muḥammad ﷺ to Our servants, as a mercy from your Lord, O Muḥammad. Innahu huwa al-samīʿu al-ʿalīm ("Truly, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing") — He says: Truly, Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, is the One who hears what these polytheists (mushrikīn) say concerning what We have sent down of Our Book and concerning the messengers whom We have sent to them, and everything else of their speech and the speech of others; the All-Knowing of what their breasts conceal, and everything else of their affairs and the affairs of others.
