The statement concerning the explanation of His word, the Exalted: وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَى بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ("And indeed, We sent Mūsā with Our signs to Firʿawn and his prominent ones, and he said: 'Indeed, I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds'") (43:46).
The Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: And indeed, We sent — O Muḥammad — Mūsā with Our proofs to Firʿawn and the notables of his people, just as We have sent you to these polytheists (mushrikīn) from your people; and Mūsā said to them: indeed, I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds, just as you said to your people from the Quraysh: indeed, I am the messenger of Allah to you.
