And His statement: وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ (By the clear Book) is an oath by Allah, the Exalted; He swore by this Book which He sent down upon His Prophet Muḥammad — may Allah bless him and grant him peace —, and He said: وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ (By the clear Book), which for whoever reflects upon it and immerses himself in its lessons and admonitions, guides him and brings him onto the right path and provides him with the proof of its truth, and that it is a sending down from One All-Wise, Praiseworthy, neither a fabrication of Muḥammad — may Allah bless him and grant him peace — nor a lie of anyone whatsoever.
