Then produce your scripture, if you should be truthful.

His statement ( فَأْتُوا بِكِتَابِكُمْ ) [Then bring your book] means: then bring your proof from a book that has come to you from Allah, that it is as you claim, namely that He has the daughters and you have the sons, as you say.
And in accordance with what we have said about this, the scholars of interpretation have spoken.
* Mention of who said that:
Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda ( فَأْتُوا بِكِتَابِكُمْ ): that is, with your excuse ( إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ) [if you are truthful].
Muḥammad related to us, saying: Aḥmad related to us, saying: Asbāṭ related to us, on the authority of al-Suddī: ( فَأْتُوا بِكِتَابِكُمْ ): that this is so, that He has the daughters and you have the sons.
His statement ( إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ) means: if you are truthful that you have a proof for that.
