This is the Hellfire which you were promised.

His statement هَذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِي كُنْتُمْ تُوعَدُونَ ("This is Hell, which you were promised" — 36:63): He says: this is Hell (jahannam) of which you were warned in this world on account of your disbelief in Allah and your denial of His messengers, so that you persisted in denying it. And it has been said: jahannam is the first gate of the gates of the Fire (al-nār).
