Abiding therein forever, they will not find a protector or a helper.

(خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا) He says: abiding eternally in the Saʿīr, without end. (لا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيًّا) who takes them under his care and rescues them from the Saʿīr in which Allah has made them burn, (وَلا نَصِيرًا) who helps them and delivers them from the punishment that Allah imposes upon them.
