The statement concerning the interpretation of His word: إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ الْقَصَصُ الْحَقُّ وَمَا مِنْ إِلَهٍ إِلا اللَّهُ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ ("Truly, this is indeed the true narrative; and there is no god but Allāh; and truly, Allāh is indeed the Almighty, the All-Wise.") (62)
Abū Jaʿfar said: He — exalted is His praise — means thereby: Truly, this with which I have informed you, O Muḥammad, concerning the matter of ʿĪsā, and which I have narrated to you from his reports — namely that he is My servant and My messenger and My word which I cast unto Maryam and a spirit from Me — this is indeed the true narrative and the true report; so know that. And know that the creatures have no worshipped god who, by virtue of His ownership over them, has a claim to their worship, except your worshipped God whom you worship, and that is Allāh, the Almighty, the All-Wise.

And He means by His word الْعَزِيزُ ("the Almighty"): the Almighty in His vengeance against whoever disobeys Him and contradicts His command, and claims another god alongside Him, or worships a lord besides Him. الْحَكِيمُ ("the All-Wise") in His governance: into that which He governs no weakness penetrates, and no deficiency afflicts Him.
