"By Allah, we were indeed in manifest error

تَاللَّهِ إِنْ كُنَّا لَفِي ضَلالٍ مُبِينٍ — He says: By Allah, truly we were straying away from the Truth; "truly we were in a manifest error" which makes clear to everyone who beholds it and reflects upon it that this is straying and falsehood, and which makes its own remoteness from the Truth known to whoever looks upon it and considers it.
