وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.

    وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ (And indeed, your Lord is the Almighty) — in His vengeance against those who disbelieved in Him and denied His messengers among His enemies — الرَّحِيمُ (the Merciful) — toward those whom He saved from among His messengers and their followers from the drowning and the torment (ʿadhāb) with which He punished the disbelievers.
