[Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced."

قَالَ Mūsā: He is رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِN — and the Owner of them both — وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَاN — He says: and the Owner of everything that is between the heavens and the earth. إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُوقِنِينَN — He says: if you know with certainty that what you perceive is as you perceive it, then be likewise certain that our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them.
