إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ

Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

    His statement: إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ — Allah, exalted is His praise, says: Indeed, your Lord is the All-Hearing of your recitation, O Muḥammad, and of your remembrance in your prayer — what you recite and remember; the All-Knowing of what you perform therein and of what the one who moves along with you therein as a follower of the imam performs. He says: so recite the Qurʾān therein with care, and observe its limits, for you are seen and heard by your Lord.

    وقوله: ( إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ ) يقول تعالى ذكره: إن ربك هو السميع تلاوتك يا محمد, وذكرك في صلاتك ما تتلو وتذكر, العليم بما تعمل فيها ويعمل فيها من يتقلب فيها معك مؤتما بك, يقول: فرتل فيها القرآن, وأقم حدودها, فإنك بمرأى من ربك ومسمع.
