And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.

( "And indeed, your Lord is truly the Almighty" ) — in His vengeance upon those who disbelieve in Him and transgress His command, ( "the Merciful" ) — toward the repentant among them, so that He does not punish him after his repentance.
